Easter Blog – Books

Easter Sunday is one of the most festive events among Christians worldwide. It commemorates Jesus Christ’s resurrection from death, as written in the Christian bible. But he consumerist version of Easter – the one with rabbits and eggs  might be a money-spinner, but it does bring families together and reminds us to have a bit of childlike fun and festivity especially when  life is full of fears and the world feels upside down and politically chaotic .

If you’ve been bingeing on chocolate (like I did), try to detox and start eating foods packed full of fibres, protein and healthy fats into your diet. This will help to subside cravings and get your diet back on track and repair the damage done by an excessive amount of sugar.
